Biography of Hirofumi Matsuzaki(Japan)

Hirofumi Matsuzaki was born in Fukuoka, Japan in 1979. He graduated from Bachelor of Painting Hiroshima City University in 2003.
Through the years, Hirofumi has been actively exhibiting in different parts of Germany and Japan. Hirofumi founded
STUDIOKURA- An international artist-in-residence program in 2007 and has many international artists' participation since. His
paintings combines high-tech computer programming and low-tech traditional painting on canvases that constantly hovers
between representation and abstraction.
