“Having an opportunity to intern at INSTINC allowed me to gain great practical experiences and good connections. The scope of work enhanced my skills in the arts management, especially in the visual art aspects. What I liked most was that Shih Yun always allowed me to use my own initiatives and creativities to do the tasks. The ad hoc works had given me a good time-management skill in balancing the time for my college’s busy schedules and to complete the INSTINC’s works. I really enjoyed interning with INSTINC and Shih Yun, especially during AIR program when I got to know artists from different countries. It was a very enjoyable experience indeed.” – Bing
